Cloud Payroll software to update Cloud HR software with employee hours for holiday calculation

I would like the payroll to filter through to the HR software, particularly for irregular hours workers. That way, if payroll updated HR with the hours worked for each employee on each payrun, their holiday can be automatically calculated each time they are paid. At the moment, the hours have to be manually input into HR for each worker after the payrun has been completed, to calculate holiday, which is incredibly time consuming!
