Often, when investigating a pay issue, I need to look at a series of payslips for an individual. At the moment I need to find a pay run (which may be pages back if a client pays weekly), enter the pay run, find the employee and open the payslip. To get the previous or subsequent payslip I must repeat the process time and time again.
If there was a forward and back button that lets me flick through the payslips for a single employee, it would be very useful. It would make comparing weeks/months very easy.

Hi Joanne,
That is useful to know. However I have 60 payroll clients and have only managed to convince 4 of them to use the online system, for various reasons. All the rest still insist on paper copies.
Also, the HREssential help page says that this function is only available for Business users, not Accountants and Bookkeepers yet.

Hi - I am not sure if you have explored the online payslips feature available in Sage Payroll UK. Within this feature there is an employer view for historical payslips which might be beneficial for you.
