Shareholders and directors do not need to be seen within the HR software, despite needing to have a profile set up within payroll. It was our assumption that by setting pay document preferences for those individuals to 'print' this would avoid the link being created within the HR software, however despite our best efforts I have a number of profiles within HR that dont need to be there.
