Currently to download the monthly subscription invoice, a new user needs to be setup which can only be set as Administrator or Standard with the 'Subscription Manager' ticked. Both roles give access to the Payroll data. By having a role for 'Subscription Manager' only, will be useful so that they can just view the invoice for processing.
