Its useful because it is supporting UK legislation (see https://www.gov.uk/hmrc-internal-manuals/employment-income-manual/eim03050) to be able to pay a Tax Free employee bonus for an Employee Owned Trust (EOT).
You don't have this functionality (though it seems you do in Sage 50 !) and its essential for us, and you can't offer a workaround.
The Bonus would be Tax Free but would attract NI contributions.
