Design a simple holiday scheme that calculates holiday accrued by multiplying selected hours (of pay elements that qualify for holiday accrual) by 0.1207 (12.07% or 5.6 weeks of statutory holiday entitlement).
This would be really handy as I'm currently calculating figures manually each week.
