I have a client who pays PAYE/NI to HMRC quarterly. I would like to send him a report for month 1 month showing him how much PAYE/NI is due for the month, even though it is not actually payable until the first 3 months have been completed. I would like to send him a similar report every month. A P32 report would be suitable for this purpose but SAGE seems unable to produce a P32 until the 3 month period has been completed. Why cannot SAGE produce the P32 month by month throughout the year?
An alternative would be to send my client a copy of the "Liability Totals" report but this would be misleading because it does not show the Employment Allowance. Would it be possible to amend the layout of the Liability Totals report to include the Employment Allowance?
The pay run report shows separate figures for PAYE and NI but does not show the Employment Allowance and does not give a total of the amount payable to HMRC.
Separate, but related topic: Neither does it give a total figure for the pension contributions: It just shows the employee and employer figures separately: A total woud be helpful for the client.
