Please add factoring to the pay element settings, allowing a new or existing pay element to be configured as a multiplier of an existing pay element with options for either a percentage or value of the base pay element. This should also allow for the multiplier to be set against either the units or rate of the base pay element.
Practical applications are for use with overtime, unsociable hours, holiday pay.
