I have run into difficulty with Attachment of Earnings Orders, whereby an employee is being deducted a value (using the pre-defined table method based on the net pay value), however it has become clear that there is no way in which to enter the value of the order and at some point too much will be taken from the employee with no ability to adjust the final payment. This needs to be rectified to prevent the employee being deducted too much money and at the very least the ability to override the deduction value must be available.
The who deductions of earnings should however be improved to operate in a similar vein to Sage 50 Payroll where they are handled more gracefully.
It would also be beneficial to add the reference, payee details, etc. to individual orders so they can be reported on and duly paid to fulfil the employer obligations.
